By agreeing to these terms & conditions and placing an order, you are in a binding agreement with us. Once we have received your order, you will be contacted by e-mail by our team for confirmation. We reserve the right to not confirm your order in the event we could not verify your information or stock level were incorrect at the time of your order. After order confirmation, items are generally shipped within 3-4 weeks. Please understand every product is made to order. Alexander Tejeda is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier. RETURNS
Due to the nature of our garments and our special attention to care and high quality, all sales are final and we do not process refunds. In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the fit of our garments, we offer complimentary size exchanges. Please contact us for further information using the email listed above.
